Amazing Travel Experience

Ha Noi – Da Nang – Sai Gon – Vung Tau Trip 9 days 8 nights in Vietnam

A great way of exploring Vietnam is to visit the country logically, from North, Central, to South. The trip begins in Ha Noi, Ha Long, Ninh Binh, Da Nang, Vung Tau, and ends in Saigon, from the more ancient areas to newer, more dynamic cities. Not only guides us to the most beautiful landscapes in the country, the trip is also an opportunity to enjoy the diverse specialties of the three regions, as well as discover the unique cultures of each area.

Welcome to Vietnam!

The private vehicle and guide in Hanoi will welcome you at Noi Bai International Airport. We will visit Thanh Chuong Palace [about 30 minutes from the airport], a typical house with full collections of artifacts and cultural masterpieces or go direct to Hanoi and visit Van Mieu (so-called the Temple of Literature), Hang Buom’s ancient house in the Old Quarter, which was found in Hanoi in the 11th century to learn more about the Viet culture. Then the tour guide will take us to The Huc Red Bridge in the center of the city (The program will be adjusted based on your arrival time).

Drop by Dong Xuan Market before our vehicle picks up.

Check-in your hotel near the center of Hanoi.

Overnight in Hanoi.

DAY 2: HANOI – HALONG BAY – HANOI (Breakfast, Lunch)

After breakfast at the hotel, the guide and bus of our cruise will pick us up to Halong Bay, a great UNESCO World Heritage in Northern Vietnam. The road to the cruise takes about 02h30’.

Welcome onboard and take a nice trip of 5-6 hours on Wonder Bay with nice and exciting activities. [swimsuits recommended]. Being a small gulf with nearly 2,000 islands and islets, some with craters, Halong has been twice recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage to emphasize its value and the necessity to be protected. We will have a great day here on a medium-sized cruise.

Lunch onboard at noon.

About 5.30 PM, the cruise will take us back to the pier. Our vehicle will greet us again and come back to Hanoi.

DAY 3: HANOI – NINH BINH – BAI DINH PAGODA – TAM COC – HANG MUA – HANOI (Breakfast, lunch)

After breakfast at the hotel, our vehicle and our guide will meet us at the hotel to head south to Ninh Binh today. Being an ancient capital city a millennium ago, Ninh Binh now is known for its poetic landscape and ancient relics. Visit Bai Dinh Buddhist Pagoda, a huge pagoda with dedicated carves and sculptures before taking a leisure trip to Tam Coc – Bich Dong.

Lunch in Ninh Binh.

Afternoon visit craft villages near the wharf before our vehicle takes us back to Hanoi.

Overnight in Hanoi.

DAY 4: HANOI – FLIGHT TO DANANG – CHAM MUSEUM – LINH UNG PAGODA (Breakfast, Lunch)

Have breakfast at your hotel until our guide and vehicle come to pick us up at the airport for the flight from Hanoi to Danang.

Welcomed by our guide and vehicle in Da Nang. Da Nang is Vietnam’s fourth biggest city, with modern amenities and a relaxed, sealike vibe. The city is also surrounded by stunning scenery with soft sandy beaches and dramatic mountains. We will have a nice trip visiting the cultural aspects of Da Nang, from the ancient Cham Museum to the sacred Linh Ung Pagoda with strong spiritual values.

Lunch in Danang at local restaurants between visits.

The vehicle and tour guide take us back to the hotel near the My Khe Beach.

Overnight in Da Nang.

DAY 5: DA NANG – BA NA HILLS – GOLDEN BRIDGE (Breakfast, Lunch)

Sun World Ba Na Hills is the most significant resort and recreational complex in Vietnam. At a height of 1,487 meters from sea level, we will find ourselves relaxing in the typical rotation of four seasons in a single day and numerous festivities, recreations, and diverse cuisine.

Having a buffet lunch at Ba Na Hills (own payment)

We will visit the Golden Bridge – a prominent silk stripe that shines among the majestic mountains, along with a pair of giant stone hands that seemingly hold the Golden Bridge. A modern masterpiece that is memorable to many tourists.

Back to Danang.

Overnight in Da Nang.

DAY 6: DA NANG – FLIGHT TO SAIGON (Breakfast, Dinner)

Breakfast at your leisure time until our guide and vehicle come to pick us up at the airport for the flight from Danang to Saigon (or Ho Chi Minh City).

Lunch at your arrangement.

Welcomed by our guide and vehicle in Saigon.

Being less than 400 years old, Saigon is dynamic yet peaceful, a warm city with lower humidity and no cold season like Hanoi or cities up north. We will have a nice trip today visiting cultural aspects of Saigon, from its nice Catholic Churches (Tan Dinh or Notre Dame Church) to Cho Lon‘s exciting market and tasting local foods. Visit Thien Hau Pagoda near Cho Lon. Have dinner before going back to our hotel overnight.

Overnight in Saigon.

DAY 7: SAI GON – CU CHI – SAI GON (Breakfast, Lunch)

In the morning, after breakfast, we will visit the War Remnant Museum or the Reunification Palace to learn more about the fierce wars in Vietnam.

Lunch in Saigon. Afternoon we will go with our guide and the vehicle to the Cu Chi Tunnel.

Being a huge underground system not far from Saigon, Cu Chi is the evidence of a very fierce war that the Vietnamese called “the war against the Americans” and the whole world calls it “The Vietnam War”. For many years before 1975, Cu Chi had covered troops of Vietnamese guerillas not only from attacks but protects their daily lives; it became a strong base for Vietnamese troops during the conflicts and is now a weird war remnant, which can make anyone of us feel a stronger love to peace and normal life upon each time visiting this place.

Back to Saigon. Overnight in Saigon.

DAY 8: SAIGON – VUNG TAU BEACH – SAIGON (Breakfast)

With a 3,200km long coast, Vietnam possesses many good beaches and today we head to one of them to enjoy the sea atmosphere and delicious seafood. Our guide and vehicle today will take us to Vung Tau, a beach 120 km from Saigon, and visit the landscape and the city, go up to the peak of Vung Tau to enjoy the panorama of the area, and enjoy swimming and sunbathing.

Lunch at your arrangement for more flexibility.

After time of our own, back to Saigon.

Overnight in Saigon.
